Harmful Health effects from Electromagnetic Field

In today’s modern life peoples are more exposed to electric and magnetic fields at their home & commercial places. These EMF rays influence our health from the creation and transmission of power supply.  EMF rays highly influence our health near to domestic appliances, industrial equipment, telecommunications and broadcasting areas.  Environmental exposure to man-made electromagnetic fields has been gradually rising due to high consumption of electricity.

An EMF radiation has an electrical and a magnetic part. When someone locates under a heavy EMF exposure area then he/she is also exposed to a high electrical voltage gradient as well as magnetic field too. EMF radiations can generate various internal health effects. Nevertheless magnetic rays can go through living tissues in an effortless way than electric fields do; therefore it makes such flow highly prejudicial for humans and other living creatures.

Why Is EM Radiation Exposure So Dangerous?

Most of us may not realize it, but our own body uses electromagnetic fields to function properly. In fact, various studies have revealed that every cell in our body may have its own EMF.
Limited and sure short exposure of EMF rays is good for health but prolonged exposure to excessively strong EMFs can occasionally result in or increase the chances of developing various diseases. Tiredness, low temper, lack of attention and other physical & psychological effects can also be attributed to EMFs. The risks of electromagnetic field exposure can be offset by leading a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise.

How Does Harmful Electromagnetic Radiation Get Into Your Body?

When it comes to magnetic radiation the body is as easily penetrated as air. This means if any individual is near to powerful EMF, electromagnetic radiation isn’t just around them, it’s inside them. A widespread study shows the harmful effects of EMF Radiation on a body’s hormone called melatonin. Melatonin is the part of the brain that controls the sleeping structure, immune system,  cholesterol balance and blood pressure of our body. It is a potent antioxidant that plays a part in preventing cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes and heart disease. After heavy exposure to EMF rays, EMF exposure influences the melatonin in our body.

Source of EMF Radiations:

If we talk about popular sources of EMF rays then we can say that EMF exposure from hair dryers, heaters, electric shavers, and other appliances can be injurious to health over time. Some of the electric appliances like mixer grinder, beauty equipments, and cleaning instruments release EMFs higher than the suggested safe limit. These ordinary appliances generate huge cumulative EMF exposures in comparison of power lines because most people do not live close enough to power lines as compare to domestic appliances. Even though, the electromagnetic rays from appliances are release their rays in a particular distance. But people often stand or sit closer than this to the source of EMFs.
